NEW YORK CITY-Secondary markets are heating up, especially areas in New Jersey, says Charlie Valentino, a senior vice president at KBS Capital Advisors, which has a sizable portfolio in the Garden State. GlobeSt.com's Ian Ritter spoke with him at the firm's regional office here.
