LONDON-Hammerson PLC has bought a 999-year leasehold interest in an office property located at 99 Bishopsgate, London EC2 from Prupim, which represents the Prudential Assurance Company Ltd, for GBP100 million. Korea Development Bank, Latham & Watkins and Deutsche Bank are some of the tenants of the 26-floor office tower spanning 339,063 square feet.
