MILWAUKEE-TMB Development Co. is seeking a $100,000 grant as well as bonding assistance for a $3.2-million renovation of the Iron Block office building measuring 40,670 square feet in downtown Milwaukee. The building is situated on the southeast corner of North Water Street and East Wisconsin Avenue.
