ATLANTA-CW Capital Asset Management has acquired Hotel Midtown at 125 10th St. NE for $17.2 million. The lender foreclosed on the debt obtained by the hotel on July 5.
An associate of Dewberry Capital Corp. purchased Hotel Midtown, formerly known as the Wyndham Midtown Hotel, in 2003 for $21 million. Dewberry Capital worked out with CW Capital to reorganize the loan for the hotel, but later it decided to discard the terms and conditions offered by the lender.
