NEW YORK CITY-The Olnick Organization, the owner of Lenox Terrace in Harlem, is attracting tenant support for its expansion plan for the 16-story buildings. The apartment complex, constructed in 1958, comprises 1,700 units in six buildings between Lenox and Fifth avenues.

Olnick has plans to construct six new apartment towers, renovate the retail space and change the parking space into grassy fields. As Olnick is planning for expansion, some tenants are objecting to the new construction. For the full story, go to Wall Street Journal .
