BERLIN-Allianz Real Estate Germany has purchased Friedrichstrasse 200, a retail and office property close to the old Checkpoint Charlie in Berlin, from a subsidiary of Tishman Speyer for the Allianz Group. The property contains nearly 17,222 square feet of retail space and 199,131 square feet of office space.

Tishman Speyer acquired the property in 2006 and increased the occupancy to 99%. Linklaters LLP advised Allianz and White & Case advised Tishman Speyer. The deal was brokered by CB Richard Ellis. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
