MISSOURI CITY, TX-The Allied Group has acquired a 152,800-square-foot building and 31 acres of land in the Lakeview Business Park at 14623 Fairway Pines Dr. in Missouri City for an undisclosed price. The property was sold by Trammell CrowCo.
The Missouri City building will serve as distribution center and headquarters for Warren Alloy Valve & Fitting Co. LP, a subsidiary of Allied. CB Richard Ellis Inc. and J.
