RACINE, WI-KTR Capital Partners has purchased an industrial building measuring 191,870 square feet at 8635 Washington Ave. in Mount Pleasant for an amount of $9.9 million. The Mount Pleasant building was sold by 8635 Washington Ave. Holding LLC.
