TEMPE, AZ-San Diego-based Pathfinder Partners has acquired a failed condominium project in Tempe. The company has bought Dorsey Place 1275 University Ave. situated near Arizona State University for $11.3 million with plans to convert the project into a rental community.

The project was constructed in 2007 for $23 million. The project's six condos were already sold for more than $400,000 and the remaining 84 units were sold to Pathfinder. The original developers of the property were not revealed. For the full story, go to Phoenix Business Journal .
