CORAL GABLES, FL-Flagler Real Estate Services LLC (FRES), an arm of Flagler, has closed a lease deal for an industrial space in Miami. Forward Air, Inc., a logistics company based in Miami, has leased 111,134 square feet at the Airport Business Center from Prologis.
