DALLAS-A California investor has purchased Interurban Building at 1500 Jackson St. in downtown Dallas at a foreclosure auction. Bridge-National Partners LP, an associate of Bridge Partners, has acquired the nine-story building for $11.5 million.

The property was turned into 118 loft apartments and retail and restaurant space on the ground floor in 2005. Keycorp Capital, the lender, foreclosed the property after Dallas Interurban Ltd., the owner, failed to pay an $18.164 million loan. For the full story, go to Dallas Morning News .
