NEW YORK CITY-Baby and toddler clothier Carter's is moving from Soho to Fifth Avenue.

NEW YORK CITY-Baby and toddler clothier Carter's is moving from Soho to Fifth Avenue. The company has signed a lease for 10 years with The Bromley Companies for 23,000 square feet of office space at 122 Fifth Avenue.

Asking rent was $50 per square foot. Brian Given, Sheena Gohil and Steven Jaray with Colliers International represented the tenant, while Peter Tong and Nicholas Haines with The Bromley Companies represented their company in the deal. For the full story, go to New York Observer .
