GLENDALE, AZ-Tempe-based Geyser Management has acquired a retail center measuring 10,595 square feet at 5929 W. Peoria Ave. in Glendale for $1.7 million. The retail property was sold by San Diego-based Pacific Western Bank.
The retail center was 68% leased at the time of sale and it house tenants such as T-Mobile, Maui Wowi and Western Dental. Tom Richards and Jim Keeley with Scottsdale-based Colliers International and Andrew Harrison with Phoenix-based Harrison Commercial represented Geyser in the deal.
