ARLINGTON, VA-Penzance Cos. has signed a contract to purchase 1555 Wilson Blvd., an office building measuring 153,000 square feet in Rosslyn, for approximately $67 million. The Stuart H. Miller Co. and BPG Properties Ltd. put the property for sale in May.
The sales price breaks down to nearly $438 per square foot. The seven-story office building is 91.6% leased. Eastdil Secured LLC is marketing the building. The deal will be closed in August. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
