
CHICAGO-The Wm. Wrigley Jr. Co. is relocating its global headquarters from its Michigan Avenue building to its Global Innovation Center in Goose Island and will sell the building soon. The Wrigley Building, a 17-story building comprising more than 450,000 square feet of retail and office space, was developed in 1921.
The building's north tower has nearly 300,000 square feet and the south tower has nearly 160,000 square feet. Chicago-based Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. will market the Wrigley Building. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
