BROOMFIELD, CO-A Broomfield apartment complex has changed hands for $53.4 million. The Spanos Corp. has sold the Catania Apartments, a 297-unit complex at 13579-13585 Via Varra Road, to the Dallas-based Invesco Immobilien Fonds IV US.
The complex, constructed in 2009, is situated east of 96th Street and north of U.S. 36. Invesco Real Estate made $120 million four German institutional investors to help Invesco MEAG US Immobilienfonds IV purchase US properties. For the full story, go to Denver Business Journal .
