LONDON-Redevco, a Dutch property company, has obtained a proposal for the approval of its new project at 120 Moorgate situated in the City of London. The new 124,000-square-foot development will replace the existing structure at 120 Moorgate.
The new development will include 105,000 square feet of office space. The project will also have 23,500 square feet of retail space on the basement and ground floor along the South Place and Moorgate frontages. For the full story, go to Property Week .
