LAUDERHILL, FL-SIKON Construction has started a $2.5-million addition and improvement at the Shoppes of Inverrary, a retail center spanning 40,000 square feet near the Lauderhill City Hall at Inverrary Boulevards and West Oakland Park. The company is adding a new retail building measuring 2,500 square feet and a new storefront/facade to the center.
SIKON is also renovating the parking lot at the Shoppes of Inverrary. The project, designed by Deerfield Beach-based Gallo Herbert Lebolo, will be completed in November. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal .
