FORT MYERS, FL-LandQwest Commercial has brokered a new lease deal for a retail space in Cape Coral.

FORT MYERS, FL-LandQwest Commercial has brokered a new lease deal for a retail space in Cape Coral. BGSWFL, LLC (Battery Giant) has signed a lease for the retail space measuring 1,340 square feet at The Shops at Santa Barbara at 2209-2311 Santa Barbara Blvd.

The property is owned by KIMCO Realty Trust. Matt Yaniglos and Tom Strauss with LandQwest Commercial negotiated the lease deal on behalf of the landlord. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal .
