ADDISON, TX-Net.Orange Inc. will move its corporate headquarters to Addison from Irving. The health care technology company has leased an office space measuring 15,371 square feet at 5000 Quorum.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Harbert is the owner of the seven-story building. In the lease transaction, the tenant was represented by John Pope and Kyle Jacobs of Stream Realty Partners LP, while Ryan Evanich and Ramsey March, also of Stream Realty, represented the landlord.
