TAMPA, FL-PricewaterhouseCoopers is leasing a build-to-suit office structure at MetWest International in Tampa. The company has inked a long-term lease deal with MetLife for the office building measuring approximately 250,000 square feet in the Westshore Business District near Tampa International Airport and International Plaza.
Development manager Taylor & Mathis said that the construction work on MetWest Two will start soon. PwC staff and partners will move to the new location in Q2 2013. For the full story, go to Tampa Bay Business Journal .
