
NEW YORK CITY-Rosen Seymour Shapss Martin & Company, a shelf accounting firm, has renewed its lease for 42,665 square feet of space at 757 Third Avenue. The deal will allow the firm to stay on the sixth and seventh floors of the building.
Asking rent was $62 per square foot. Newmark Knight Frank's Chris Mongeluzo, Corey Borg and Moshe Sukenik represented Rosen Seymour, while RFR, the landlord, had in-house representation in the lease transaction. For the full story, go to New York Observer .
