AURORA, IL-Trigon International Corp. has purchased an industrial facility in Aurora to consolidate its current locations. The company has acquired 4000 Sussex Ave., a 75,203-square-foot building in the Meridian Business Park, from Indianapolis-based Duke Realty Corp. for an amount of $3.3 million.
Trigon currently holds a total of nearly 45,000 square feet of space in Joliet and Bolingbrook. The company hopes to relocate to the Sussex Avenue building by late September. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
