CHICAGO-Cushman & Wakefield of IllinoisInc. has hired three local brokers to create a retailteam. Meredith Oliver and LukeMolloy have joined the firm as senior directors, andBrent Wayburn, who specializes in restaurantbrokerage, will be a director.

Oliver and Wayburn were previously with Metro CommercialReal Estate. Molloy was an associate withMid-America Real Estate Co. Both companies did notreturn phone calls for comment.

Shawn Mobley, recently hired as EVP for Cushman& Wakefield, said in a statement that the firm is committed tobuilding the strongest possible presence in Chicago by aligningglobal services. This commitment “made adding retail services a toppriority,” Mobley said. The company completed more than 2,660retail transactions in the US in 2010.
