
NEW YORK CITY-Barry Rudofsky, a New York investor, has purchased 89 Kips Bay apartment houses for a total amount of $15 million at a foreclosure action. The investor has bought 29 cooperative apartments at the Peter James located at 201 E. 25th St. and 60 co-ops at the Victoria House located at 200 E. 27th St. from New York Commercial Bank.
