LONG ISLAND CITY, NY-Bread manufacturer Pain D'Avignon is buying an industrial building measuring 10,000 square feet at 35-20 9th Street in Long Island City, Queens. The Industrial Development Agency of the city agreed to offer tax benefits of over $1 million to the company for continuing its operations in the state.
