CORAL GABLES, FL-Outreach Financial Services, LLC has signed a lease for 41,421 square feet at Flagler Center located at 12735 Gran Bay Parkway in Jacksonville. The lease runs for seven years. Flagler Center, which sits on a 1,022-acre site, has 1.4 million square feet of Class A industrial and office space.
In the deal, CNL Commercial Real Estate's Mark Montgomery represented the tenant, while Flagler was represented by its senior director of leasing, Ross Carrier. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal .
