
LONDON-Blackfriars Asset Management has signed a lease for 10 years with Beltane Asset Management for 3,300 square feet of space at 9 Cloak Lane in London. The BNY Mellon Asset Management firm will occupy the sixth floor of the Cloak Lane building.
Asking rent for the space was GBP 54 per square foot. Beltane Asset Management renovated the 30,000-square-foot structure in April. Hall Kemp and JLL advised Beltane in the lease transaction. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
