
LONDON-PWC, an accountancy firm, has agreed to stay behind in its office space at Embankment Place in the West End. The company has signed a contract with the Sultan of Brunei to renew its lease at Embankment Place.
The property is owned by the Sultan of Brunei. PWC will house more than 4,000 staff in the 346,000-square-foot office. CB Richard Ellis was guiding PWC on its possible relocation to the City. JLC advised the sultan in the deal. For the full story, go to Property Week .
