CHARLOTTE, NC-The Connor Group, a real estate firm based in Ohio, has acquired Alexander Place Apartments, a 309-unit apartment building in Charlotte, for an undisclosed amount. The property sits on 37 acres of land between Quail Hollow Club and SouthPark mall.

Alexander Place Apartments was constructed in 1985 and refurbished in 2008. The value of the site shown in the recent county property records is $11.3 million.
