SOUTHAMPTON, UK-Hughes Ellard has sold Kings Park House, a four-story, 14,170-square-foot office headquarters investment in Kings Park Road in Southampton for private investors. The office building traded for close to the listed price of GBP 3 million.

Kings Park House is currently leased to Coffin Mew, a regional legal firm. The private investors were advised by Hughes Ellard and the purchaser was adivised by Rebbeck Brothers of The Square in Bournemouth. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
