NEW YORK CITY-Baker & McKenzie, a legal firm, will sign a deal to lease 100,000 square feet in a 30-story office building located at 452 Fifth Avenue between West 39th and West 40th streets for 15 years. The firm will occupy the 15th floor through 20th floor of the buildings, as well as a portion of the 14th floor for an asking rent of $80 per square foot.
