BUFFALO, NY-Iskalo Development Co. has signed a contract to buy the Lord Amherst Hotel and enclosing property. Genrich family interests own the hotel and surrounding property, which includes Sonoma Grill.
The 101-room hotel is situated at the intersection of Main Street and the Youngmann Highway. The Sonoma Grill will remain open in the present location.
