PHOENIX-Savers Recycling Inc., an affiliate of Savers Inc., has leased a distribution space measuring 42,200 square feet at 5045 W. Roosevelt St. in Phoenix. The Roosevelt Street property is owned by Phoenix Van Buren Partners LLC.
