Colliers International Secures $38M Loan for AmCap

CHEEKTOWAGA, NY-AmCap Inc. has received a $38-million mortgage to refinance its AppleTree Business Park located at 2875 Union Road in Cheektowaga, New York.

CHEEKTOWAGA, NY-AmCap Inc. has received a $38-million mortgage to refinance its AppleTree Business Park located at 2875 Union Road in Cheektowaga, New York. Colliers International has obtained the loan for AmCap from Goldman Sachs Commercial Mortgage Capital LP.

The 10-year, fixed-rate mortgage was closed on June 28. Jeffrey Black and Kevin Phelan from Colliers International's Boston office negotiated the deal on behalf of the borrower. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal .
