NEW YORK CITY-Randy Settenbrino, a real estate broker, entrepreneur and an artist, has listed his boutique hotel on the market for sale. The 22-room Blue Moon Hotel located on Orchard Street is an eight-story building.

Settenbrino purchased the property in two phases in 1997 and 2000 for a total amount of $1.24 million from two owners. The hotel comprises large rooms ranging about 750 square feet with balconies.
