LONDON-Land Securities has begun a 25,000-square-foot extension work at its Lakeside Retail Park, a 355,000-square-foot shopping center at Thurrock in Essex. The company has already found two new tenants for 19,000 square feet of the project.
The expansion will provide three new units. CSL has leased a 14,000-square-foot store and Mamas & Papas has leased a 5,000-square-foot unit in the project.
