LONDON-Rockspring Property Investment Managers has pre-leased 90,000 square feet of space in Kings House and Conquest House at Wood Street in Kingston-Upon-Thames to Saipem. The company, which purchased the Kingston-Upon-Thames project in March 2011 on behalf of UK Value, is currently improving the project.
