RALEIGH, NC-Transwestern Multifamily Partners LLC, a real estate investment firm based in Chicago, has purchased Perry Point Apartments, an apartment complex consisting of 432 rental units on Ruritania Street near the junction of Interstate 540 and Capital Boulevard in Raleigh, for $50.1 million. The complex was sold by an affiliate of Greystar.
The Perry Point apartment complex, constructed in 2008, sits on 23 acres of land. A March apartment market poll showed that the complex was 88.9% occupied. For the full story, go to Triangle Business Journal .
