OVERLAND PARK, KS-Toronto-based Whiterock REIT has closed the acquisition of the U.S. Bank service center in Overland Park. The REIT has purchased the 185,178-square-foot building in the Deer Creek Commons office park at 12800 Foster St. for $38 million.
The earlier ownership group was led by Kansas City-based Opus Northwest LLC. The service center, built in 2006, sits on 10 acres of land and is fully leased. Whiterock will handle the tenant management of the building. For the full story, go to Kansas City Business Journal .
