
ORLANDO-Coldwell Banker Commercial, a commercial real estate brokerage firm based in Orlando, has completed the purchase of a retail center in Orlando. Robert Zarin has acquired Crystal Lake Plaza located at 2950-3084 Curry Ford Road for $4 million.
The 52,000-square-foot retail center, constructed in 1987, was sold at a capitalization rate of 8.5%. It is currently 88% leased. Sean Glickman of Coldwell Banker Commercial negotiated the deal on behalf of the buyer. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal .
