
BOSTON-Miami-based Promed Properties Group, an affiliate of Israel-based Gazit-Globe, has acquired two medical office buildings leased by Tufts Medical Center in Boston for $112 million. The two facilities were sold by Daymark Realty Advisors Inc.
The two properties, known as the Tupper and Biewend buildings, are located at 15 Kneeland St. and 260 Tremont St., respectively. Anthony Biette and Phil Giunta with Grubb & Ellis represented the seller and the buyer in the deal. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal .
