CLEVELAND-U-Store-It Trust, which is moving forward to restructure its portfolio, has sold its Midwestern storage portfolio. The company has sold the 976,000-square-foot portfolio in Ohio and Indiana for a total amount of $43.5 million.
The portfolio comprises 18 properties and it was 78% occupied during the second quarter. The properties are located in Cleveland and Canton, Ohio and Indianapolis, Indian.
