
PHOENIX-Houston-based Whitestone Real Estate Investment Trust has purchased a shopping center in Phoenix. The firm has acquired the Ahwatukee Plaza located at Elliot Road and 51st St. for approximately $9.3 million.
The Gold's Gym-anchored property is 98% occupied with tenants such as Cafe Boa, Hertz Rental Car, Millie's Hallmark, O'Reilly Auto Parts and Sakana Sushi & Grill.
