VALPARAISO, IN-Birmingham-based Sanders Trust has begun construction on a medical office project in Valparaiso, Indiana. This medical office is part of the company's plan to combine $100 million to its holdings this year by building and acquiring medical facilities.
The architect of the $12-million project is Gresham Smith & Partners. Birmingham-based Robins & Morton will complete the 60,000-square-foot facility in the Porter Hospital campus of Community Health Systems in late 2012. For the full story, go to Birmingham Business Journal .
