SAN DIEGO-Voit Real Estate Services has completed the sale of an industrial property in San Diego. Swinerton Inc. has acquired the industrial building measuring 24,000 square feet at 16798 West Bernardo Drive.
The family of construction companies paid $2.6 million for the West Bernardo Drive building. West Bernardo Office Partners LLC was the seller of the property.
