CORAL GABLES, FL-Quest Workspaces, a business center operator, has inked a long-term lease for a Class A office space measuring 22,702 square feet at 2525 Ponce de Leon Blvd. Apart from the new Ponce de Leon space, Quest occupies space in the Espirito Santo Plaza situated on Brickell Avenue and the 1200 Building in Boca Raton.
