OCALA, FL-The Shopping Center Group has closed two lease deals at Six Gun Plaza, a Bealls-anchored retail center spanning 222,000 square feet along Silver Springs Boulevard (SR 40) in Ocala. Ross Dress for Less has leased 32,000 square feet for 10 years and Bealls Outlet has leased 35,500 square feet for 7 years.
The shopping center, constructed in the 1980s, is owned by SouthEast Properties. The Shopping Center Group represented Ross Dress for Less and the landlord, while Bealls had in-house representation in the lease deal. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal .
