MILWAUKEE-Butler-based Mark Thatcher Real Estate LLC has purchased a 43-unit apartment complex at 209 Roosevelt Drive in West Bend for an amount of $2.2 million. The four-building property, located near Barton Pond, is fully occupied.
The apartment property was sold by Brookfield-based Premier Real Estate Management LLC. This 43-unit complex and an adjacent 16-unit property are nearly 50 years old.
