MILWAUKEE-Northway Fence Inc. and Pavement Maintenance Inc., the two sister companies, have acquired an industrial building measuring 18,800 square feet in Menomonee Falls for $580,000. Two contracting companies have plans to relocate to the new facility in the community by spring 2012.
The president of the companies, Mary Smith, said that Pavement Maintenance will relocate into the new building by late fall and Northway Fence will move into the property in late spring 2012 after renovation. For the full story, go to Business Journal Serving Greater Milwaukee .
