MILWAUKEE-Northway Fence Inc. and Pavement Maintenance Inc., the two sister companies, have acquired an industrial building measuring 18,800 square feet in Menomonee Falls for $580,000. Two contracting companies have plans to relocate to the new facility in the community by spring 2012.
